By purchasing or using a ticket and entering Patterson Farm Market & Tours, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms, conditions, policies, and applicable waivers.
Admission Policy
Admission tickets are required for all guests ages 2 and older. Children under age 2 are admitted free and do not require a ticket unless otherwise specified for a particular event or experience.
Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and ticket type purchased, subject to the Ticket Change Policy below.
Timed Entry & Arrival Policy
For events using timed entry, tickets are valid for the date and check-in time selected at the time of purchase.
Tickets may scan beginning up to 15 minutes before the selected check-in time. Guests arriving later than their scheduled check-in time on the same day may still use their tickets; however, a late arrival does not extend the Farm's operating hours or the guest's visit beyond the posted closing time.
Once admitted, guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the Farm until closing.
We recommend arriving with at least two hours remaining before closing to enjoy all the Farm has to offer.
Ticket Change Policy
Ticket changes may be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit through your ticketing account.
For changes requested less than 24 hours before your scheduled visit, please email
[email protected] or reply to your ticket confirmation email. Changes are subject to availability, and only the date and time originally reserved are guaranteed.
If tickets are changed to a date or ticket option with a higher price, the guest is responsible for paying the difference.
If tickets are changed to a date or ticket option with a lower price, the difference will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Ticket changes must be made before the original scheduled visit. Unused tickets are subject to the No-Show Policy below.
Weather & Farm Closure Policy
Patterson Farm Market & Tours is primarily an outdoor agritourism destination, and events are generally held rain or shine.
Weather conditions may affect the availability of certain attractions, activities, crops, animals, rides, or experiences. Animals may be moved to shelter for their comfort and safety, and individual attractions or activities may temporarily or permanently close for the day when necessary for guest, employee, or animal safety.
The temporary or individual closure of an attraction, activity, crop area, animal experience, ride, or other offering does not constitute a Farm closure and does not qualify for a refund or Farm Closure Credit.
If Patterson Farm Market & Tours remains open but a guest chooses not to visit because of rain, cold, heat, or other weather conditions, the purchase remains subject to our standard Ticket Change and Refund Policies.
If the Farm Closes
If Patterson Farm Market & Tours closes to the public due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or another circumstance requiring the Farm to close, the original purchaser will receive a Farm Closure Credit equal to the full amount of the original order, including prepaid add-ons and processing/service fees.
If the Farm closes after guests have already checked in, affected guests will still receive a Farm Closure Credit to return for another eligible visit. The amount of time already spent at the Farm prior to the closure will not affect eligibility for the credit.
The Farm Closure Credit will be issued as a coupon code and may be applied toward tickets for a future Patterson Farm Market & Tours event that is open to the general public.
Farm Closure Credits may not be applied toward field trips, educational group bookings, summer camp registrations, private events, or other non-public bookings.
Farm Closure Credits:
Are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Must be redeemed by booking a new eligible visit online.
Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Weather-related closures and important operating updates are communicated through Patterson Farm Market & Tours' official Facebook and Instagram pages and other available communication channels.
Refund & No-Show Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except where otherwise expressly stated in these policies.
Approved ticket changes to a lower-priced date or ticket option will receive a refund of the applicable price difference to the original method of payment.
Farm Closure Credits are rebooking credits and are not cash refunds.
Failure to use tickets on the scheduled date without an approved ticket change will be considered a no-show and will result in forfeiture of the ticket purchase.
Ticket Transfers & Resale
Tickets may be transferred or given to another guest for use, provided the ticket remains valid for its applicable event, date, time, and ticket type.
Unauthorized resale of Patterson Farm Market & Tours tickets is prohibited. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale may be canceled or refused without refund.
Attraction & Activity Availability
Patterson Farm Market & Tours is a working farm and outdoor agritourism destination. Attractions, activities, crops, animals, rides, entertainment, food offerings, and other experiences are subject to change or availability without notice due to weather, crop conditions, animal welfare, maintenance, staffing, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The closure or unavailability of an individual attraction, activity, crop, animal experience, or other offering does not qualify for a refund or Farm Closure Credit when the Farm remains open.
