We do not allow dogs or pets on the farm with the exception of registered service animals. Our farm follows Good Agricultural Practice Standards.

Tickets are only valid for the date and time purchased and guests will be turned away if they arrive on the wrong date and time should we be at capacity. Please double check you have entered the correct information before submitting your order.

TICKET CHANGE POLICY:
You can make edits to your tickets, such as changing the date and time of your ticket, by creating an account with TicketSpice. Same day change requests will not be honored, 24-hours notice is required. There is no guarantee of availability for changes as you are only guaranteed the date and time you reserved at time of purchase.

No changes, vouchers, or refunds will be provided for no-show ticket purchases since we are turning away other guests to secure your spot.

FORCED CLOSURE / INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
Patterson Farm Market & Tours is NOT a rain-or-shine facility. Notifications regarding weather related closings are posted on our social media as well as by calling the Market. Please check before you come if it has RECENTLY RAINED OR RAIN IS FORECAST for our area.

In the event we are forced to close FOR ANY REASON a ticket voucher towards a future visit will be issued.

I certify that I nor anyone I have purchased tickets to visit the Farm is exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 including fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose or has tested positive for Covid 19 within 10 days of the scheduled visit. If I or anyone in my group has any of the above we will not attend the event.

Our farm is monitoring current guidelines regarding COVID-19. We may require guests socially distance, wear masks in certain areas, etc. depending on current mandates at the time of your visit. Thank you for your cooperation as we comply with current guidelines.

We are following all local health and safety guidelines which means some activities may be modified, altered, or not available based on current guidance.
